Wind and Water are pretty iffy, and for Light and Dark they have Beast weapon + huge HP pool.

With that being said only Draconic Bow and Draconic Harp arguably reach the spot where its solid enough to be worth the quartz investment since their MH effect are pretty amazing. This is true even for FA, albeit for FA there are cases where better survival can lead into good clear time(some NM150 FA earth for example) So anytime you dont MH the draconic(each of the Draconics MH effect replicates a solid Grand MH so theyre decently strong) for whatever reason AND already have enough survival to not need their barrier skills, Opus wins flat out since everything Draconic added are overkill. When mainhanded the extra effect of ougi of Opus is fantastic and several of the Opus mainhand weapon type are great which double dips on the goodness Assuming your grid currently have neither, even at 4* opus does give you very sizable amount of survivability(HP skill) and damage cap boost which can be immediately effective if you just pick Skill Cap(skill cap recently become so strong that its arguably best all the time sometimes but eh). Tbh depending on how far you want to take Light, GJeanne can be considered a pretty eh char to have, but to each their own - think of her like Wind with Lecia, while Lecia is basically the core for Wind's strongest damage shenanigans strategies, you can settle with Seofon Burst and then run Monkey in majaority of cases. Jeanne's Disciple passive is still pretty good and her post Ougi teamwide Triple Attack + stam buff is a pretty solid thing, but as a whole if you want a powerful cap break tools for low end grid, Io FLB is both way more grid friendly, and simply offers more to a team since shes just fucking overloaded to death so i would say Io is the better early stage spark, while Jeanne is the better later stages Spark.

If you run some shit like Io, Zoi Jeanne, with Heimdallir buff of course you can use Jeanne S3 effectively without much issues but the question then become how practical it is and how worth it is to useīut from personal experience, small modifier assassin(im thinking of grimnir s2 kind of assassin) usually needs ULB Opus to shines on not gorilla characters, even finished M2 on the stronger m2s(thanks to the new Lance, Light actually IS one of the stronger M2) tend to have hard time really pushing the damage to the point that its worth it Its very hard to exactly say because you need to know the enemy defense and how much buff you have.
